Production department

The production facility covers a surface area of approximately 7,000 m2, subdivided into the following departments:

  • Turning
  • Milling
  • Welding / Robotic Welding
  • Assembly
  • Storage
  • Metrology Lab
  • Administrative and sales offices

The company has approximately 50 employees, including toolmakers, technicians, assemblers, production operators, administrative staff and a team of experts at the service of customers throughout all processing phases.
The production department boasts approximately 70 machine tools, including a dozen robotic islands with 5-axis and 4-axis machining centres with double pallets, as well as CNC single-spindle, double-spindle, vertical and inverted vertical lathes with turning capabilities from Ø10 to Ø600. We also provide a supply completion service to customers requiring assembly with robotic TIG/MIG welding and braze welding.
